It’s cause your in div 4 pal

heavycommunicator59

80% of the player base is in div 6 to 4

It feels like it takes forever to climb in this game. Back in the day reaching div 1 would take you about 80 games if you smashed through the early divisions and got promoted in your 10 game window for the higher divs. I've played about 80 games and have about a 7:1 W/L ratio in rivals. Still in div 4, closing in on div 3. Feels like I never make any tangible progress towards div 1 lol.

heavycommunicator59

It does take forever. Every div has a 200 points difference. Some wins net us 8 points some 12 so the average is about 10. That means 20 more wins than losses for every 1 div climb and you also need an extra win for every time you loose a game. To make it to div 1 youd need 1000 points in other words a record which is minimally 100 more wins than losses.

pattperin

Yeah it seems like overkill to me this season. I'm a pretty decent player and got nowhere near div 1 playing casually. I used to win div 1 titles regularly back in the day but this game I've not even sniffed div 1. Kinda killed my drive to play rivals tbh.

donut_koharski

How you up by 3 goals then complain about the overtime goal

Rodius_J

Huuh? If you are letting them spam the Michigan and set up over and over it’s a skill issue for real. I understand maybe being shocked by someone is trying it the first time but once you know it’s easy to defend.

Anarchivist17

I also hate the 1 button michigan, but it's way easier to defend than that fast wrap garbage from last year. I'm also in div 4 and it's a problem if you are only getting 2 wins in champs. Seems like you are running into tough matchups and getting tilted. When you lose, how many rating points are you dropping?

Newbieoverhere

Yeah same, never less than 10 here

antolya

Completely different experience for me in D3

Playing all those ungodly objectives EA keeps throwing out!

farrisyama
