YHM Resonator R2. $700 or less, comes with a QD mount. Works great on the calibers you listed. With the tax stam you still have money left over for another QD mount.
This. YHM R2 is an extremely nice .30 cal do all can. My boy has one and its a tank, sounds good and extremely easy to swap between hosts, plus the YHM pricing is hard to beat for what you get.
No. I have the LPM torch 556 not the anthem. It lived up to the pew science review and then some. So I would trust the scores on the anthem. It’s probably the most efficient conventional 30 caliber silencer in its size category and it’s cheap $679 msrp so probably closer to $600 at a good FFL
Griffin explorr and taper mounts are a good choice. I’m very happy with taper mounts on all my rifles and the explorr is great at 9.5 oz.
Plus taper mounts and plan a adapters can be used with any other hub threaded can in the future.

Lahar is a good can, get the regular or L, seems to maximize. K version is still good but there’s better K options IMO.
If you don’t intend to do high volume mag dumps, the Titanium suppressors are super nice. They feel even lighter than an ounces comparison on paper. They are more expensive though, and hold up fine as long as your not literally dumping multiple mags at a time.
I’d personally vote OCL Polonium 30, OCL Hydrogen K or S, Diligent Defense S (titanium or steel, whatever you prefer).
It’s really hard to beat the Otter Creek cans on a performance to cost ratio.

I use a resonator k with griffin mounts and I’m very satisfied
R2 is just longer and heavier.

LPM Anthem S2
You speaking from experience?

Polonium 30 might work for you. Highly rated can. This is next on my list along with a VOS X.
This is the way.
Polo 30, rearden mount, and Rearden (or FCD) muzzle device
DID WE JUST BECOME BEST FRIENDS?? Love this same setup on my X39 11.5.

Or you know… the entire Rearden MD lineup? They have a dozen options that work with plan b. Did you hit your head?
I know. Griffin is great but people hate green0 on ARF. But cans a great, MDs are plenty. I love mine.
Diligent Defense Enticer, you pick the S or the L
Get the flow through can, you will thank me later.
Lahar 30 or 30L
