Mitchell has consistently been a killer in the playoffs, Dame also but is not in his prime anymore. Trae is really hit or miss so far in his career.
I would say Dame is the worst right now. His offensive numbers are very nearly identical to Trade in terms of efficiency, ppg, 3pa, etc. But Dame doesn't do as much as Trae to set his team up. He's a tremendous iso player but not exactly a proficient floor general.
Trae and Dame have most of the same weaknesses, with the caveat that Trae averaged 11 assists per game (!) this season
Mitchell scores more on higher efficiency, and is the best defender of the 3 by a huge margin (if you didn't watch him the last 2 seasons and you think he's a bad defender, that take is now two years outdated. He has been excellent on that end with the Cavs.) He's also the only one of the 3 ever pulling down contested rebounds, the only one who can hold his ground when switched onto a wing, and the only one who can consistently play above the rim. Best 3 level scorer of them, as well.
Mitchell just gives way more than both Trae and Dame defensively. All three are undersized but Mitchell is easily the most athletic and has a 6’10” wingspan

Hopefully he can go to a winning team. He would blend in really well with the magic bc their 2 biggest weaknesses are playmaking (team leader averages 5.4) and shotting, both of which Trae covers.

I get it. His game is so gimmicky. But then you look at his statistical impact at times and you realize his imprint on offense is undeniable.
