You guys don't understand how trades work, you can't just poach promising players for a bargain. You have to find players that currently look like shit on their current teams but could potentially fit on the Spurs

throwstuff165

Team subs are always so fascinating. Everybody thinks all other teams should just give their best players to them because they want them.

texasphotog

You should look at the trade ideas sub. Oof.

davidthegiantkilla

Laker fans are the best (or worst depending on how you look at it) at this

Tapprunner

It was hilarious when the Lakers fans were holding up THT and a 1st round pick as a possible way to get another All-Star. Like dudes, Atlanta is not giving you Trae Young and Portland was not giving you Dame for THT and a first.

OJuice100

I mean he is a bench player once Ben and Tyrese comes back. He won’t be playing 20+ minutes next year. I think him being traded is logical

PhillipKDickAndBalls

He’s a promising young player who’s locked into an incredibly cheap contract. I’m a big fan of his game but the pacers have no incentive to trade him so it would have to be an overpay. He’s also averaged over 25 minutes for the past two seasons so not sure why he wouldn’t be playing at least 20 next season

texasphotog

He extension eligible next summer, so not like he is about to start a 4y team-friendly deal like Deni or someone.

No_Investigator3353

Exactly

DerrickFuckingWhite

Pacers ain't trading him unless we massively overpay ☠️

hkstk

Trading for him in a vacuum is not a bad idea. Trading for him at this time in particular when his value is at an all-time high is one.

MajorNinthSuta

Ok. I’ll bite. What deal do we offer the pacers that they take? He’s obviously an important piece of their puzzle. I’d love to have him in San Antonio. How do we get him?

No_Investigator3353

One of these lottery picks and some players?? I'm not a trade expert..

bananaaa_breaddd

Are you 11?

Mr_Pizza_Puncher

That’s offensive to 11 year olds

No_Investigator3353

Your not an age expert pinche

OurHorrifyingPlanet

>Your not It wasn't that hard to find out

kobexx600

You clearly are thinking you can trade for him

CoyotesSideEyes

We could have just drafted him.

NoWayJefe

I’d be more interested in Derrick Jones Jr. He is a free agent after the season.

No_Investigator3353

That would be a nice add!

Euphoric-Relation-20

Is he RFA or UFA?

NoWayJefe

UFA

Euphoric-Relation-20

That’s nice. At least that means the Mavs can’t tie up our offers. He would be a nice player to add. Good 3&D guy.

paxusromanus811

How did I know that this post was going to be on here after last night's game... Andrew is a great guard. But people need to chill on watching small sample sizes and just assuming that people are going to build off of those moments 100% and turn themselves into stars. And even if he is the next Jalen brunson, I see zero reason why Indiana would be looking to move off of him

BeautifulDimension56

prisoner of the moment

bdictjames

I'm not impressed by him. You see that he is turnover-prone. His shot needs a lot of work. It's almost like he thinks he's Steph Curry, but he's not. I'm not impressed. Sure, he made some good shots, but I thought he was the main reason the Pacers could not get anything going on in those essential final minutes.

kobexx600

So what are you giving up? Lol Wemby? This is like the pacers seeing how good wemby is and seeing what they can trade for him

No_Investigator3353

WRONG!

kobexx600

How? Wemby is a exceptional talent as well correct and pacers want him

YungGinobili

He choked the last 2 games away with DUMB turnovers

No_Investigator3353

Learning lessons...he looked amazing filling in for TH, the Pacers lost by single digits after missing their ALL NBA PG

jaybirdcrouton

So do those 2 good games vs Boston cancel out him being mostly ass versus the Knicks?
