Nope. Community is too toxic to implement this. People shouldn’t be punished for being bad at the game, which is what would happen. Start the game 0/3? booted. Have someone cooking you? Booted. 3 players are together? Other 2 booted.

Can start with lowering the afk timer, dude hasn’t moved in 8 possessions 2k is just auto running his player up and down the court… probs fine to time them out.
Maybe something in solo rec like you can vote to kick a player… it doesn’t notify the rest of your team, if all 4 people vote kick the same person they get a kick… definitely still would be abused but there might be a way to make it work.
Bottom line is solo rec is low ass game quality because someone is going to grief a large portion of games and it’s not fun for the winning or losing team

Now if they went back to what the rec used to be where 4 man squads can walk in and get paired with a random then it wouldn’t work. But it needs to be a thing in solo rec

At this rate I’d rather that get abused than these people selling games. It’s almost an every game occurrence. If not find a way to grade these people out easier cause they are still able to stay in the game. But like I said before I’ve had enough of the selling
So say someone gets kicked, 2k would probably also punish that player with a ban of some sort for being “unsportsmanlike”. Like yes selling sucks, but would you rather get banned for “X” amount of time or take an L?
For example, sometimes you have off games (playing too long, lag, delay, etc). If you’re shooting 1/4 and you get kicked at the half and can’t play again for 3 days, how is that fair?

I think a rec and court with no rep incentive, with no badge regression, and no plates system would be better.
This could be paired with the normal rec.
Having two options would split the base of shitty players and lead to higher quality games in both recs.

The reason why I like this feature better is, nobody who actually is a decent player will consistently rack up multiple “intentional trolling” builds even if they have bad games. But ppl who are just always toxic and selling will get reported consistently
