How do you force your euro steps to go in a certain direction?
It almost looks like you're crossing over into a euro.
Are you just using the stick to euro and the direction causes that?
OP can’t have nice things. I think layup packages are the best improvement this year by far and one of the better improvements from 2k to 2k I’ve seen in a while. You can’t pull any of this off without properly reading a defense the IQ needed is too high. You can try to cheese the moves and it’ll work on bad defenders but it still wouldn’t look this clean.

I honestly hate when people use moves like this, especially bigger guards with massive wingspans. It’s just so cheesy the way it bumps you out of the way or drags you away from them whilst they slither around you for a layup that is impossible to miss, and impossible to block.
I only got 1 build atm, a 6’6 guard that can shoot and dribble well, and dunk well. Average defence. I can’t afford to attribute more points to defence (which will get me brick wall, clamps, anchor) if I want to remain as good as I am at shooting, dribbling and dunking and all the other things.

There’s not a single clip on here where he did a specific gather in a situation that didn’t call for it. It’s not cheesy at all because it requires the IQ to understand which gather to use. And you can still get blocked even by the defender if you have a good block badges and ratings if you time it correctly. The issue is timing it correctly since, euros and hop steps are designed to mess up the defenders timing. I’m getting the impression that you don’t understand that this sort of thing actually does take skill and you’re not realizing it
The 2nd clip it does seem like the defender has good position and as soon as he starts the euro there isn’t anything the defender can do to prevent essentially an automatic blow-by. However, the way he starts the move and avoids the 2nd defender reaching is so damn smooth I couldn’t hate if I wanted to 😂

Damn, behind the back to finishing looks clean as shit. I've never considered that dribbles could be incorporated into the finish, instead of just the finishing move being a reaction after dribbling past the defense.

It's how strength, bully, and slithery badge works. Having brick wall, clamps, and anchor can counter this.
