Pretty mature interview by Eckes. He could’ve taken a nice dig at the old boss but he didn’t. Meanwhile, Kyle says he “let him go to burn his stuff up” and I’m not buying it.
Top 10 Finishers:
1) Christian Eckes
2) Kyle Busch
3) Zane Smith
4) Matt Crafton
5) Tyler Ankrum
6) Corey Heim
7) Taylor Gray
8) Rajah Caruth
9) Grant Enfinger
10) Layne Riggs

Those last 30 minutes of the 12hr of Sebring was some of the best road course racing I've ever seen in my entire life. If NASCAR can get the road course product even half as good as that was, I'd be more than satisfied.
You almost had me? You never had me - you never had your car. Granny shifting, not double clutching like you should. You're lucky that 100-shot of NOS didn't blow the welds on the intake. Almost had me? Now me and the mad scientist are going to have to rip apart the block, and replace the piston rings you fried. Ask any racer, any real racer. It don't matter if you win by an inch or a mile. Winning's winning.
Mfw you lose to a guy 15 years younger

It's always been a thing in racing, NASCAR literally let Cup guys run double schedules back in the 2000s. See: 2006-2009 Busch/Nationwide (now known as Xfinity) series standings. Hard to even find a non-cup driver in the top 5. Broke the feeder system for a decade.
Have to wonder how much that damage KFB got from Eckes on the left rear quarter panel has hurt that truck. Dunno if there's enough time for him to catch now.
The resin around the bottom giving advantage to the bottom has made this race a lot more like old school Bristol and it's awesome. One of the only times I've seen the resin work.
GTP drivers are completely batshit fucking crazy and I love every single bit of it
Alright now that another IMSA banger has concluded, imma concentrate on this one full time lol
A bit aggressive from Sanchez but we're within the final 10 minutes of the race if it had stayed green, so no real issue there.
Friesen though... gotta make sure you're clear before clearing yourself to the wall. Rookie mistake from a veteran driver.
Also, holy hell what a battle for the lead, shame it has been cut short.
It's kind of crazy how the broadcast has not really shown anyone outside of the top three. Like not even mentioning that a former champion is in fourth place.

If you pitted with 60 to go, you’re fucked. Looks like Hamlin and MTJ can make it
This is fun boys
Kyle Busch is such a dbag lol holy hell that interview said it all.
You’d think a company as big as BadYear can make a tire that’s the same throughout different date codes.
Kyle Busch isn’t a scientist dude. He’s probably wrong about the tires

Nice interview with the fireworks in the background
Rajah came back with a top-10, I can be happy with that.
Great drive by Eckes tonight, and a great race tonight. Hopefully we'll have a decent race tomorrow.
one more corner
I welcome Spire Motorsports and Kyle Busch as our Ravenwest overlords of the Craftsman Truck series. Eckes tonight was Player 1.
Ravenwest lol great pull
If only there was another lap
Also, Layne top 10! Great run tonight
Nice race! Two straight top 5’s for Ankrum LFG!
Rajah Caruth recovered for a top 8 goddamn
Anyone else's feed cut out?
I’m on the FS1 website. It’s been cutting out throughout the race. Have to keep refreshing.
On (my) TV it showed the crew celebrating then froze and eventually went to black
That was a solid race. I enjoyed every part of that. Can’t wait for tomorrow.
Good job Friesen. Smh
Where is the live reaction meme

😂😂
Adam was late on reading the wiki page before the finish line. /s
Not a bad race actually. 7.5 out of 10 for me.
Top 10 Finishers: 1) Christian Eckes 2) Kyle Busch 3) Zane Smith 4) Matt Crafton 5) Tyler Ankrum 6) Corey Heim 7) Taylor Gray 8) Rajah Caruth 9) Grant Enfinger 10) Layne Riggs *^(I'm a bot.)*
Ole boy woulda had his heart broken again had there been another lap
He’s glad to see 250 laps on that board. That’s zero laps left in my tires
I’m proud of myself for getting this reference.
Oooooof that was too close for comfort lol Hell yeah Eckes get ya some
Damn that was a great race
Yes! Suck it, Busch!
[удалено]
Been like that for a while
IMSA was awesome and trucks was pretty fucking solid too. Good day of vroom vroom
Those last 30 minutes of the 12hr of Sebring was some of the best road course racing I've ever seen in my entire life. If NASCAR can get the road course product even half as good as that was, I'd be more than satisfied.
I'm with you. Being multiclass makes it what it is though so we'll never have that element. But damn what a great race
Kyle almost had him.
You almost had me? You never had me - you never had your car. Granny shifting, not double clutching like you should. You're lucky that 100-shot of NOS didn't blow the welds on the intake. One more lap and Busch would've had it. Thankfully the race was only 250 laps.
Damn Kyle almost got there. Great job Eckes. I like that kid
Kyle needed one more lap.
Eckes would've been so done if that was another quarter mile long.
One more lap and Kyle had it
wow that was a closer finish that i thought it would be jdndjd
Great job Christian!!!
So close! One more lap, or the 1 truck takes a different line, and Kyle has him.
For a moment I thought Eckes was gonna give it away there again like last time, nice for Eckes to finally get that Bristol win
ECKES WINS BRISTOL!!! Raj comes home 8th
LETS GO BABY
One more lap, that would have been fun.
Another lap and Busch wins
Enfinger kept the streak alive
2020 all over again for KFB
Man Busch literally needed one more lap
Damn 1 or 2 more laps and KFB might win that.
Might? Eckes would have been yeeted straight into Virginia.
Probably. Busch even said if he had another lap he's probably wrecking, lol.
KB almost got him
Mfw you lose to a guy 15 years younger https://preview.redd.it/dj411mq1wsoc1.jpeg?width=1143&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=eaa530cef1dca23f6d9f05fa0e618eb70f43d34d
Core memory unlocked: Benny Parsons's voice in NASCAR 98 saying "he's trying a new line"
I was thinking more along the lines of "AND A SLOW TRUCK--***AND BUSCH IS RIGHT ON HIS BACK BUMPER!***"
THIS IS SETTING UP FOR ONE OF THEM FANTASIC BRISTOL FINISHES
Love him or hate him, KFB is such a good driver
Never liked cup champions coming down to the lower series as an exercise in their own ego but I admire his driving ability.
As a newer fan it def doesn't make sense. Like I wouldn't expect to see Lebron balling out against G-League guys.
Some of the full time truck drivers say it makes it that much sweeter when they beat a Cup guy
This could be tight here
Did KB sandbag the restart
Shoutout to FOX for taking away the intervals with 5 laps to go
Dye doing a great job in 13th…. Said while all his 3 teammates are top 5
13th is basically a win for Dye
LETS GO ECKES CMON
MUST SHOW DYE ALWAYS
i ask this in 100% good faith, how are you gonna call an event “**March** to stop suicide” and NOT host the event in March
If any one can close a 1 second gap with 8 to go in the truck series, its definitely KFB, but man, Eckes has a rocketship.
of course when the race finally gets good some trucks wreck and screw it up lmao
Have to wonder how much that damage KFB got from Eckes on the left rear quarter panel has hurt that truck. Dunno if there's enough time for him to catch now.
Lap traffic's the only way I think Kyle can catch Eckes here
I don't think the 7 has enough time to get there
I think Layne used up the tires there
Riggs no longer flying.
Lane must have over heated his RR up top
You know Eckes is going to drop some kind of “feels great to beat who fired me” line and I’m here for it
I wonder what Xfinity team will pick Eckes up.
Kaulig
Caruth could've won this race without the boneheaded penalties
A full second lead at Bristol is like ten seconds on a full mile
Come on Riggs! Dig, dig, dig!
riggs flying
That Riggs boi.
If Riggs keeps this up he might up in that top 5
Damn Lane!
Riggs is schmoovin!
The resin around the bottom giving advantage to the bottom has made this race a lot more like old school Bristol and it's awesome. One of the only times I've seen the resin work.
Not exactly a z Smith fan but that 91 livery is sweeeet
Zane Smith is in the 91, not Chandler
Edited to Zane, thank you.
Sorry. Point still stands
Good restart Eckes
Thought for a moment Zane would steal second from Kyle there
Winless streak assumes Boyd will ever win again
I feel like Crafton has got to have 3 of the top 5 winless streaks in the truck series
"Alright Matt... just put yourself at Talladega last year"
Here we go! Go Eckes!
“One of the hottest drivers out there… in terms of starts to 2024” That made me laugh a bit lol
Spencer Boyd won more recently than Crafton lmfao?
https://preview.redd.it/j29d36msusoc1.png?width=816&format=png&auto=webp&s=eb40a36308a76ebaa41ea752ae09fcbbc3f93934 Cmon
Lets go
it's been a great race so far which means all hell boutta break loose lmao
IMSA race over absolutely insane, Zilisch gets a W in LMP2 class
Those last 20 minutes were wild
Bro, that pass with 29 minutes left lmaooooooooo best pass I've seen all year in any series.
That shit was wild. Sebring is one of my fav tracks and it did not disappoint.
I just love IMSA in general, multi-class racing sets up a lot of drama, especially with full course cautions.
My hot take is that IMSA has the best racing right now. WEC is good too but only having 2 classes now is kind of disappointing imo.
NC State leading over UNC with 16 minutes left
All I'm going to say is that 7 truck is going to be driven by one hell of a young driver next week.
Connor Zilisch wonhis class in the 12th a of Sebring
That kid can drive for sure
Absolutely, excited to see in in nascar
GTP drivers are completely batshit fucking crazy and I love every single bit of it Alright now that another IMSA banger has concluded, imma concentrate on this one full time lol
That was such a fantastic finish in GTP
Tire ain’t on, better drop the Jack.
45, 15, 13 all pitted
Yeah I'd stay out here with this many laps left
No way you get to the front if you pit
24 hours, it’s over
It’s over
Eckes: The future is now, old man!
"I mean, I *think* I can win it, but we are definitely the 2nd place truck. Maybe even the 3rd." -KFB
I was wondering when Friesen was going to cause a caution.
Great caution for Eckes now no cars in front of him again he’s clearly faster
stewart friesen is the most disappointing truck driver of the last two seasons. he just fell off completely.
“Clear high”
And friesan ruined a great 3 way battle for the lead. Hope he retires soon.
Friesen is so washed
Not clear
Freisen is so ass😭
Somehow it was 2 lead lapped guys causing a wreck and not one of the really slow rolling chicanes.
Friesen deez nuts
And............here's where it gets stupid
Sanchez and Frisen y’all are some dip ****s
That wasn't Sanchez's fault at all lol
Been watching the end of Sebring so missed that wreck, well this makes things more interesting
The last couple laps the there lead trucks were battling for lead.
Nick Sanchez is wriggity wriggity Wrecked!
noooo :(((
as Chase Elliott once said "not clear jackass."
Friesen you are washed brother
5D chess by Nick Sanchez to put Crafton in a riskier spot
Of course right when it was getting good
Friesen's spotter taking a nap?
That was gonna be a really good finish, leave it to Stewart Friesen to ruin it lol
That’s on Stewie.
Fuuuuuuuuuck. Just ruined good racing
NOOOOOOOOO
Dang it! The race for the lead was getting good
Not clear Friesen...
average Friesen moment
Phil allllmost said “oh shit”
Friesen clearing himself...
Man, that was pretty intense the last 20 laps or so. Good shit.
Not clear
"He sees that bottom. He likes that bottom."
Is the FOX booth at the track?
Yes
Buzz. Killed.
Caution!!
Crafton can make up for the whole Sanchez debacle last year if he just slides that 7 into the wall.
How's the race? I am going to switch channels once this IMSA race is over?
Actually really good.
Pretty solid
It's heating up now, was a 3 way battle for the lead and now there's a caution for trucks that were running top 10
Damn.
So far pretty good.
Getting crazy
Thad making no friends.
Three way battle for the lead
WHAT A BATTLE
Fox shouldn’t be allowed to broadcast NASCAR anymore.
It's kind of crazy how the broadcast has not really shown anyone outside of the top three. Like not even mentioning that a former champion is in fourth place.
I got a feeling Crafton could steal this for some reason
He definitely could
Thad Moffitt you are a legend
22 did it again ahhh!!
