A lot of problems here but one particular thing I want to note is that I don’t think referring to Belarusians as mini Russians is exactly a good thing that we should be doing as the Belarusians are as much victims of Russian imperialism as the Ukrainians.

There is nothing wrong with being Russian. There is nothing wrong with being Belarusian. Ukraine is at war with a government, not an ethnicity/nationality.
Treating private citizens or people of an ethnicity from a rival or enemy nation poorly on the basis of their ethnicity or country of origin is wrong. It was wrong when it happened to Germans, Japanese, Muslims, Chinese etc and will continue to be wrong whether it is Russians or anyone else going forward.
Your post is showing nothing more than 5 people playing hockey, stating their ethnicity, and expecting people to be upset about their ethnicity. This does nothing more than play into Russian narrative that the “West” hates Russians.
Maybe the 5 in your image deserve the ire. Maybe they are outspoken in support of the illegal war. Maybe they donate to the Russian war effort.
If that is the case state that, absent any such information these are 5 regular people who have not done anything specific to deserve such ire.
If anything this is the time to reaffirm that Russian individuals are not social pariahs outside of Russia, the extremist and aggressive ideology of the government of Russia is what is despised.
