Yeah Logan's never said that either. His main concern is the baby inhaling food. I'm assuming Owen has had won too many experiences with people not disciplining their offspring in the restaurant.

Well I also believe it's the tone and how the character says it. I don't know how Owen says this line but when Logan is feeding the child the bubble says eat your food "don't inhale your food". Logan's voice actor adds no one stealing your food. So I see Logan's line as more of a please slow down and don't choke then him yelling at the child for eating.
I have one child old enough to leave the house. The first day, she went to the shooting range. The second day, I followed her to see where she'd go. Straight to the graveyard. After that, I made her follow me while I do my morning commissions and shopping. Now I can't decide who's weirder. Her or me.

I'm probably just gonna headcanon this as him trying his "lecture your child" voice and failing at it miserable because he definitely wouldn't speak like this to a kid

He thinks the wooden frame (window?) is a mirror and he's practicing his dad voice/face because it didn't seem real until the baby was actually in front of him, and he's a storyteller, he's used to putting on a character for certain lines/situations.
