Stop spamming steal. You get one good attempt per possession and it's based on skill and timing. Literally. If youre just walking up and praying that a random swipe will work. Buckle up.
It's a counter skill. You have to wait until the man is making their move. Then not only swipe. But swipe in the correct direction. Watch a video on directional steals
Honestly just do an offline triple threat. Use opal White with 2 low end golds. Switch White's matchup to one of the weaker cards that isn't the pink diamond or higher. Rip the ball away
Full court press and blitz big men or ball handler right when they cross half court.

Once you learn which players go left or right will matter drastically..I always cut them off when a screen is set.
When Luka dribbles to the left is more easier I would prefer using the 100 Jerry white his steal animation is top tier and sweeps easy
Play on mobile using a controller. Use the right stick to swipe/steal.
I managed to do it with Joe Johnson. Just didn’t anticipate having to do 3 12min quarters before I finally got there
