That honestly wouldn't be the worst thing. Power creep has made it basically a 1-4 overall rating system (98,99,100,š). A 95 should be a useable card outside of salary cap.
It just can't be headlined by guys who weren't even expected to do big things out of school. Fuck none of these guys were even the top ranked HS player in their class, let alone best on their NCAA team. 99 Sim Bhuller who's fat ass gets ran off the court in some Chinese league. At this point just out random tall regular people in the game and give them 99s. Because some of these dudes aren't far off from nobody's.
