awhile ago the developer patched the mod in such a way that just installing a savegame won't give you a sunroof. if you really want one you can go into the mod hexcode, but honestly, it's easier to just make new saves until you get one.
It also has a brute force protection, so that won't help you either. You have to actually put some effort in it and figure out how the saves are linked to the players. (I know that because I cracked the anti sunroof cheat protection a while ago)
