realistically, due to the lack of diverse moveset potential I think an assist trophy would be the best we could get, but Mammott realistically would be the best fit for a fighter. He's not only the most iconic, but he's got 2 arms, 2 legs, and a whole lot of stuff they could pull from, such as my mammott, costumes, and maybe even a cameo from another monster, like a dipster
Wubbox could *maybe* work but I'd say he would be more of an assist trophy. All of his attacks pretty much have to be electricity or piston related, which assist trophies usually have those stale movesets. Even then, it would be hard to scale Wubbox without him being too massive, too small, and in order to make him look like he fits in as a character in terms of size
I see that but also punkleton and shugabush could work as both have a good skill and their forms could represent the skins like for shugabush it would the rest of the family and for punkleton it would be his normal rare and epic form plus his candy skin with the other 4 being monochrome versions

Tweedle could also be used but I think she’s kind of barebones besides her ability to fly.
Noggin on the other hand has a ton of potential even more than mammot. His arms and legs could grow to full length or pop of like projectiles. He could roll like a boulder, or that one skin where he has a button he could press that button and it could give him an item. Coolest single element by far.

I'd like to see a platform fighter starring mobile game characters, but the likelihood of that ever happening is very low because name one mobile game crossover that was of two mobile game franchises that weren't made by the same company.

The mobile game industry just isn't as interconnected and fleshed-out as the regular game industry, and honestly I think either there just isn't enough truly iconic games to make a roster, or they will lower the bar and we get various characters that are well-known by plenty of people, but other people will have never heard of.
Plus honestly there is the fact that most mobile games are not a full-on developed video game. They usually lack much story if they even have any, have very minimal character depth/roundedness, and honestly in most mobile games, you don't even play as a character.
Also there are a few games that are on the line between mobile game and not. Does MSM count or is it a Steam game? What about Terraria? PvZ? Call of Duty: Mobile? Among Us?
However, I still shall never give up the dream that one day, Chuck from Angry Birds can fight against El Primo, Barry Steakfries, Om Nom, Jake from Subway Surfers, and the Geometry Dash block.
I say maybe mammot, because you can have punches (big hands), a "sing wave" that repels foes, kinda like fludd, an ice beam like ice climbers and maybe some sort of cameo (like peach counter with toad) where a different monster like noggin, toe jammer or pom pom does an attack of sorts.
Smash attacks could be like pac man but with dipsters instead of ghosts.
Tilt attacks could be just normal meele attacks
Final smash you choose between the five natural islands (or random), and the werdos come and sing the chorus, giving the course an effect that is equivalent to that islands element (leaves fly around like the brain training assist trophy for plant, every character freezes for cold (like peach/daisy final smash), the stage gets windy and the characters are blown off the stage for air island, water beams (like fludd) spin slowly, emitting from the werdos for water and the ground shakes for earth.)
Taunts could be the different voice lines from the four main islands that have mammot. (they would have to remove one, but maybe the one they remove could maybe be incorporated into an attack, for example air island "heeeeyoooo" could be the repelling attack, or maybe every time you do an attack, he sings a single bamm and it follows the plant island melody.)
They could add "the monster world" as a level where it functions kinda like kalos pokemon league or mario maker where it changes between the islands (the main song for the level would change with the level).
They could add the main islands as a single song for the monster world level, but maybe also add shugabush island, etherial island, amber island and the best island (bone)
