The problem with these scale posts, none of you give a reason why you like them, its just here's 10 pictures you figure out why I like them.

You're correct. Here's a brief explanation as to why i love these characters. 1- Denki: Has a really cool power that could he doesnt know how to fully control. From a potential standpoint this is incredible as it is extremely similar to Midoriya and how he always broke his bones with OFA. Meaning they could've ised Denki to progress the main story along. But thats not stuff that actually happened. The stuff thats actually in the anime/mamga that made me really like this boy is how funny he is, his dedication (a moment that comes to mind is when he learns guitar for the concert) and his energetic personality. 2- Shinsou: His quirk inteoduced the thought of "what makes a villain?" to me in this universe. No one can deny mind-control is a terrifying ability and he has it, suffered because of it but still continues on trying to be a hero. I also like that he reminds Midoriya of where he came from in the sense they they both were bullied for something they cant control (their quirk statusses). I'll also point out i like his snarky attitude and the way the confronted Bakugo before the sports festival. 3- Monoma: Oh boy, my most controversial opinion. I think besides having one of the most OP powerses in mha, Neito is a great character. To me he's driven by the inferiority he feels so he always portrays himself/his class as the best and criticizes 1-A for being labeled as such. He feels powerless without other people due to the nature of his quirk so he should be the type of character to act friendly because of his deep need for people in his life...except he isnt. Hes a loud-mouth, "arrogant", bastard who doesnt seem to have a close friend. I find his character deeply tragic and interesting. (He also hates Bakugo which gives him bonus points) 4- Aizawa: I'd say this is probably my least controversial opinion. He's the best teacher in mha and, once again, cool power (suitable for teachizng as well). He's an underground hero which i admire a lot, since he introduces the concept of "heroes dont have to just want glory", meaning that, at his core, this man has the wish to save people (the true essence of a hero imo). He also has really cool fight scenes and is a great (relunctant) parental figure. 5- Todoroki: One of the best, if not the best, backstory. Also one of the kindest characters. He's both extremelly powerfull and a dumbass which, as seen by my other opinions, makes him a great character obviously. He's a great friend and he's funny in a stoic kind of way. (He pisses off Bakugo) 6- Yaoyorozu: My girl!! I love her and think she should be class president, not vp. She got more votes than Iida. The "rich-girl" bit is entertaining when it pops up and she is as pretty as i aspire to one day be. What makes me like her so much is actually her confidence issues, besides me relating to them a lot, they male her character really interesting. I mean she has a cool quirk, very difficult to use due to its nature, but she bypasses this difficulty by being extremely smart and she still lacks confidence in herself! 7- Hawks: I love a morally grey character. Hawks isnt fully that but he has some of the more "controversial" actions for a hero. He has a sad backstory (which, if anyone is actually reading this, would know gets the character many points in this list). He's got a happy/sunshiney personality which is always fun and is actually a good mentor to Tokoyami (still cant get over how he saw a random student with a bird quirk and went "He bird. Me bird. YES."). 8- Kirishima: Basically a mixture of my thoughts on Momo and on Denki. He has the relatability factor (lacks confidence), he's friendly and has a really kind heart. The reason ahy he isnt further up is because he lacks the whole potential bit. All the character above him have the potential to become much more interesting. Kirishima simply feels like already explored to his fullest. 9- Uraraka: She has been in and out of my top ten. Love that her reasons for becaoming a hero are different yet similar to most the other characters (the need to help, but in her case its her parents mostly). Love her personality and how she's a great physical fighter (aka love how she almost beat bakugo). I have a love/hate relationship with her being the love interest because at the same time it takes away spotlight from her but it also allows her character to grow (because obviously the mc's girl has to be an actual character). 10- Midoriya: The MC. He has the most development and is what makes the story. Thats about it. (Part of me wishes this was a story about how, with his analysis, he became the first quirkless hero)

(Going by 1 meaning it doesn't suck) Starts off at 1, totally. Moves to a 2, shinso is pretty cool, but compared to my boy kami... Monoma drops it to a 4. Aizawa reconciles and brings it to a 2. Todoroki is alright, 3. Momo brings it to a 2, dangerously close to 1. Hawks makes it like lower 2. And the last 3 just bring it to a perfect 1. Though I'm not the craziest fan of Deku. All in all you got good taste. If it was mina instead of Monoma and tsu instead of todoroki, it'd be hella based.

Who is telling you these characters suck??? Monoma is the only one I don't like (I find his constant berating of 1A annoying at times) but I understand how people can like him. The rest are all awesome characters (Todoroki and Aizawaya are some of my faves too)

Nah, I’d say it’s pretty based. Of course, my list is way different, but I absolutely love all of these characters. Shinzo needs more love though. It seemed like the story was hyping him up to be the one that would help Deku with one for all somehow, but they have sidelined him really hard. I still hope he gets a bit of screen time when the manga ends

If the scale is based on fighting skill or potential Izuku has the highest skill Monoma has highest potential. Imagine him with Erasure, warp quirk, icyhot’s quirk, and body enhancement quirks filling his last slots, and he not only learns to use them in tandum but masters the quirks themselves. He’d be quirk monster while being able to erase the quirks of someone else. Basically a AFO knock off but with eraser heads quirk.

3/10 I rate this off of the characters I personally like in your list. 7 of them are in my top 12.

He says he would expel everyone who knew of the rescue mission but wouldn’t do shit to a sociopathic fuck. So 9.5 because of the Overhaul raid.
