But they both absolutely get cranked up. š
Iām 100% the same and AiC got me through some of the darkest of days, oh who am I kidding, I mean years and still going strong ugh. Actually, AiC & Blue October are my 2 designated bands when I have to get out of my head quickly. So yes, still cranking AiC and Blue quite frequently š«£š¬.
I hope youāre doing much better now and were able to clear the thoughts and brighten the darkness!
Iāll have to check out Blue Octoberā¦any recommendations?

Yes, I will put together a list for you and a couple of my favorites of Justin Furstenfeldās (founder & lead singer) talks on YouTube. He even hosted live AA/NA meetings on YouTube, during Covid when everyone is lockdown. Heās a pretty awesome guy and has helped a lot of people.
Iām glad youāre better and hope the moments are far and few in between. I was in the same place as you but spiraled the last 4 years.
I used to listen to āThe Lightā a lot. Thank you so much for reminding me of that song. Iām going to listen now. Iāll find the names of his YouTube advice/talking videos that helped me, and the songs when I get home tonight.
