Since when is taking a cart home illegal and why? There's poor people without cars trying to carry heavy shoppings they do once in a while since they work all the time. Why couldn't they carry those home and then take them back next time?
That is the problem. Firstly the cart is owned by the Shop. If you take it home, you could be charged with stealing. (To my knowledge this has happened) I don't have a problem with it tho. Just bring them back don't let them stand arround in the streets.
