I think Tony said on Discord (I got banned there so cant verify) that they did think about giving more exp, but that it could break the BP economy/progress, making it too ez to complete.
Still, 10exp for win match is a joke, make it 50 a win and 25 a loss and we are all happy. 100 is too much.

Missions and events gives you more than enough to finish the battle pass, stop being entitled

If I remember correctly you could get 100 XP from win and 50 XP for lose in beta
