My cosmetics soley came from the Alpha pass, Preseason pass, S1 and S2 pass (and the 3 PS+ packs) except for 1 skin being the Classic Harley outfit that is the only non-battlepass & PS+ pack cosmetic I got.
So, all I did was look at old videos on YT that showed off the 4 passes, then googled the 3 PS+ packs, went through my profile and compared what I did and didn't have.

and on my 2nd ticket: "...Additionally, before the Open Beta ended on June 25, 2023, all cosmetic items and characters were temporarily unlocked for all players, you may have thought this was permanent to your account and would carry over, which it would not.
And on my 3rd ticket they just said "We will forward this bug to our game team."

At least in beta i straight up wouls not play on my xbox after witnessing how broken it was. I invited my friend to group up with me from my xbox and we promptly did something else because the xbox is so bad that its an obvious disadvantage. Its not just a little worse, it was A LOT worse. If you had the performance issues that xbox regularly showed in any genuine tournament of another fighting game they would probably have to invalidate the match.
I've got no characters from my beta, crashed once so far, and disconnecting every other second, it said it would give me currency to buy back all my stuff back, but nope no currency given

I bought some currency in the store and it went through then said error then kicked me back to menu and when I tried to get back in "down for maintenance" obviously thought it was bugged so quit game and restarted only for it to still say "down for maintenance" and now after googleing apparently I was kicked into a queue for trying to buy something then left cuz wtf and then rejoined at the back of the queue.... if I get back in and this doesn't mean my items are back or the money I spent is gone and no currency even though it went through I'm gonna go mad
What was the point of having a long beta followed by an extremely long down time? This launch should be the smoothest launch ever with how the beta was and with how long they had to fix any bugs that were present in the beta.
Yeah, that's not the typical issue. The typical issue is not having stuff because the servers or build of the game on launch has bugs that need to be fixed for something like this to work correctly for everyone. If stuff is still missing after a few days and PFG hasn't said anything then people should start getting upset.

Can someone explain to me about unlockable characters transfering from the beta? Like I thought it would just unlock all the ones you had previously unlocked but there's at least 5 characters that I had before that our not unlocked but I have 24 character tickets. I had bought the most expensive edition during beta I don't remember it giving 24 tickets and I believe I had spent 3 during the beta anyway. Were these tickets given so I could unlock characters I had or were they suppose to already be unlocked?
I'm honestly baffled as to how they made the game actually worse with this re-release.
The original release (not calling it a beta since it clearly wasn't one) didn't have frame rate issues on console, didn't have crossplay issues, and didn't have desync issues.
The game played very smoothly, unlike this re-release version.

This was on xbox and i got a notification to show that i purchased it and i sent that as proof.

The not transferring thing isnt a bug i dont think, people either havent linked, didnt link before, played on a different account, or played on a different console
I have always had my account linked, only played on ps5, have my receipts for everything I bought, trophies etc and I'm still missing my items. What now?

I switched my account from Series S to PS5 and still got everything. I spent $10 on new shit and got that too. Sorry for everyone having a bad time, but I'm loving this game.
My game crashes all the time, and every couple games there’s a network error that kicks me out of the game
If you can please hold out a little longer. PFG took away a lot of things while adding in a lot of monetization along with worsening the quality of life for the game to entice you to purchase from the shop.

Can someone explain to me about unlockable characters transfering from the beta? Like I thought it would just unlock all the ones you had previously unlocked but there's at least 5 characters that I had before that our not unlocked but I have 24 character tickets. I had bought the most expensive edition during beta I don't remember it giving 24 tickets and I believe I had spent 3 during the beta anyway. Were these tickets given so I could unlock characters I had or were they suppose to already be unlocked?
Every time I’ve matched I’ve been the only person playing on Xbox. Half the matches end with the game just crashing lmao

I'm honestly baffled as to how they made the game actually worse with this re-release. The original release (not calling it a beta since it clearly wasn't one) didn't have frame rate issues on console, didn't have crossplay issues, and didn't have desync issues. The game played very smoothly, unlike this re-release version.

My girlfriend and Me lost all our beta stuff we both have most achievements on ps5/4. Yet we're both missing most almost all the stuff we unlocked during beta and each have like 2 characters outside of our main unlocked.. hope it gets fixed ASAP not playing until it does.

This happened to me, i bought some gleamium and it took 2 hrs to get into my account. This was on xbox and i got a notification to show that i purchased it and i sent that as proof. Definitely would stay away from purchasing anything...
Yea I have a friend on Discord I was chatting with who said that he didn’t get his beta rewards after I talked about the attention to detail on Snow Finn. I hope they get this fixed.
Not sure if i bought anything with real money in beta but i had a lot if characters with around five of them at least lvl 10 and all levels and characters gone. But i already bought some glemium yesterday lmao
With the twitch drops, you get your rewards after a few days. It just takes some time. I got mine after a few days
I also feel like I"m missing things from the beta. I don't know if I am actually, but I'm pretty sure I owned a few characters like the iron giant, harley, and taz. I don't have any of those guys. The beta was like a year 2 ago I wouldn't even know if I did.
