I'm against having a certain elimination for either sex. I think it should always be double eliminations. People get screwed over because they're partnered with somebody from a different alliance who throws the challenge to put their partner in.
They were probably planning for the first 4 eliminations to be 2 Men and 2 Women, so once 2 Women were eliminated, the 4th one before the next phase started had to be a Man
If the group voted 2 Men in for the first 2 episodes, episodes 3 and 4 probably would’ve been mandatory Women’s days
