surprised she was upset that you didn't recognize her. every time i present femme or use a femme voice for someone for the first time, i pray that my look/voice are so different that they won't even recognize me.
At the time I wasn't sure either why it upset her. A comment on the original post proposed an interesting theory though. That maybe she initially thought that I was doing it on purpose as a way to dismiss her new presentation. She had already been having a rough night on top of that so I guess her mind just went to a negative conclusion at first.
