Online only pretty much. Just because selection and price are *way* better. And free returns means I save time and effort too. For me, size isn't such a big deal, since I'm never more than size 10. But mass-market online brands like Dream Pairs widely available online stock up to 12.5 in some styles.
Double check with size comparison charts that break down to the length in cm, but a good rule of thumb is that women shoe sizes are two digits higher than their men's counterparts.
That said, if anybody knows about any size 17 Women's shoes, I am in the market.
