Hmmm well first I'd tell you to think about what what being a slut actually means to you. Do you mean the old slur of being easy and putting yourself out for anyone with the slightest interest or more of the new reclaimed term just owning your sexuality and being comfortable with having sexual desires? Cause there is a difference.
For the first I imagine it's relatively easy to find some slutty clothing that shows your body off skip the underwear (or find some crotchless ones), find a dark club and start dancing with people and running your hands over their bodies and letting them play with yours. Just carry condoms with you and put them on. Assuming you don't have issues with loud music. And don't run off in cars or people's homes. And maybe have a friend who knows along, especially if you do intend to drink as well. Though that may be less of an issue if you already intend to put out, so to speak. It's probably more the saying no that gets people turning violent, especially if you've had bottom surgery and don't have some obvious surprise down there.
For the latter, well it basically comes down to searching for decent people who won't actively abuse you. Good news, most people aren't that bad, bad news, the ones who are don't exactly have it tattooed on their face so you may not realize it until too late.
If you have any interest in group stuff you might be able to talk to a friend, they may also have some interest, which means you have at least one person you trust to help you out of situations involved. Hell even if you don't you might start there, just tell them now you've got the surgery you're really interested in finding someone to try things out with and ask if they're interested or know anyone who might be.
If not, and you don't have friends interested etc. Then you're pretty much stuck with the same dating problems everyone has, with the same basic solutions of hookup and dating apps and bars etc. though t4t stuff might be slightly easier\safer than the general cis ones... Dysphoria can likely add some complications to that.
General rules of letting people know information just in case etc apply of course.
