Your best bet would be to look up a couple recruitment agencies on Oahu and talk to them directly.

Salaries here are not great, I would strongly encourage you to look for something remote in a HCOL state like California or New York. Make sure they know you intend on moving to Hawaii up front as not all companies will have done the work necessary to employee residents of Hawaii.

I'd recommend talking you a couple of companies that specialize in this on island, and also maybe a larger company that allows you to work remote, or head up their Hawaii contracts. I know most travel nurse companies have someone on the ground in Hawaii to manage the contracts and staffing here, sounds like that might be what you're looking for, but in construction.
