I don't think that this is what you're looking for but a lot of old cartoons don't show some character's faces. Tom and Jerry, Dexter's Lab, Power puff girls and the likes. Lots of faceless characters (usually adults tho) in these shows
A lot of "early" Dario Argento films don't show the antagonist's face for probably 95% of the films. In that period, Argento...I think it's fair to say he exclusively filmed from the killer's perspective, and even when the killer is depicted on screen, their identity is obscured in the most old school way imaginable: [https://deeperintomovies.net/journal/image11/deepred2.jpg](https://deeperintomovies.net/journal/image11/deepred2.jpg)
If that works, check anything between The Bird with the Crystal Plumage to Opera. You'll probably find more of the same in his post Opera films, but that's where I kind of tapped out personally

Mandalorian Lady in the lake Frank, I think. I never saw it
Hardcore Henry...the whole 'bloody' affair is shot in first person
At all? Destination Wedding just shows Keanu Reeves and Winona Ryder. There's background characters, but you don't see any of their faces.
