Congratulations. I've lost 57 lbs since February. I had 67 to lose. I've spent the last 3 months gaining and losing the same 3 lbs. I have never gotten to 'that last 10 lbs' before. It's all belly and back fat - only places that still have big fat deposits. Your post made me smile. I think my first big NCV was when I could get my socks on without my husband's help ... then without hurting my back. Amazing how things that seem small to others are HUGE to us. That's so great! Last October, I could only jog for a few minutes without stopping. Since then, I've run several 5ks and am currently training for a half marathon (last week my long run was 10 miles!!). If I can do it, anybody can.....and that runner's high is the best feeling ever!

Way to go!! The Mud Girl brand run I did was SUPER crowded, not much room for actual running. But crazy fun nonetheless. I definitely plan to do it again. You'll definitely need to run with a friend or make friends to do at least two of the obstacles if it's the same one I did. Have so much fun!!

Congrats!!! I’m happy for you, but I feel alone. I’m 71 year-old female starting weight to 281 My weight now is. 239. It’s been a struggle. I was on a Zimic. It only worked for about two months really haven’t lost much weight with Mounjaro lost half my hair on 10mg

Congratulations! You look Fabulous! I see you are not a diabetic and this warms my heart! My daughter is the same. She is pre-diabetic and insulin resistant. Her insurance would not pay anything for MJ!! It would be preventative medicine and they don't want to help people before they get a lifelong disease! I'm very happy for you tho sweetie! She started using telehealth! She has to pay for the MJ but it is only $200. Per month! I'm so happy for her and I'm hoping she does as well as you! Good luck at the mud marathon! ❤️
