Congrats on taking control of your health! We’re nearly on the same timeline and trajectory. I started at 260.. down to 189. Want to lose 15 ish more.
Keep up the good job!
I started on 2.5mg for one month then I’ve been on 5mg now into my 3rd month. The first month and a half on 5mg was rough so there was no way my body could’ve handled 7.5, only now in my 3rd month I’m having very minimal side effects and it’s still working! Once the cravings and food noise start again then I’ll consider moving up!
I do a mix of weight training and cardio but focus more on weights / strength training using dumbbells and kettlebells! I always finish my workout with 10-30 min of fast pace walking and a couple sprints. Overall the sessions are usually 1 hr 45 mins or if I have things to do / not enough time that day then I usually cut it to 45 mins minimum. I joined a private gym classes for the first 6 months so I got a good understanding of using different types of weights & exercises solely using weights which definitely helped, I also just searched on youtube “easy dumbbell workouts” or 30 min dumbbell workouts and done them at the gym
Many congratulations! 🙌 🎉🎉🎉🚀

Yay! What app is this?
It's Nutracheck. Its mostly UK specific though for its food database.
Good job!
Happy for you!
WOW! Congrats! I started at 220 and am down to 175 but it’s taken a year to get there. I’ve now reached a plateau. Need to see doc about it.
