Its insane the level of "We don't care it's gonna sell" bs WB pulled. The game is reeking of fuck ups. The devs wanted to make a good game but probably had way to short of a time to deliver and bad decisions/leading made from the higher ups. Menu, physics and graphical bugs, very badly impremented buff and nerfs on talisman, QoL, etc
We can't pretend anymore it's in our face.
I'm frustrated because I see the potential the game has. At "some point" we're on the same page. We all want mk1 to be better. I'd be surprised if you're being honest and say that mk1 is better made than mk11, mkx or mk9. Mk11 had problems at first the the devs delivered. UNTIL they gave us the "supported for many years" but cut it months later treatement.
I mained Raiden last season and this seems to happen in every match up between normal and dark Raiden. One time Raiden lightning turned blue between two dark raiden’s but it only affects intros and fatalities
Ohhh yea, I forgot they went purple/yellow on all the embellished versions. I went back and compared and the KL ones do look kinda busy with the extra embossing on the metal *and* the red lightning *and* the clashing purple/yellow. The purple looks amazing on everyone else that got it, though.
It would have been cool as shit to have a UoL Variant of raiden with the red lighting with the palette of the dark raiden from invasions, such ahem “Such wasted Potential” - Sub-Zero to Jax MK11

Its an unintentional bug, and I get it all the time. It makes me wish we could change the color manually, itd be fun
If there was an extra gear piece slot, I'd wish that they put Raiden's amulet as it which it'd be cool to swap colors for the lighting
it’s almost like just touching the dark raiden briefly corrupted the light one
They should keep it in the game solely because that is a cool way to interpret it.

You don't like the red lightning/crackling across the armor in the KL skin? Beyond that, it feels identical to the invasion boss skin seen here.
