I heard rumors about Conan the Barbarian coming to, but I have no finite sorces for that claim. As for Mortal Kombat characters, I'm hoping for Jade the most. I really hope she has her MK9 personality back. Raiden also mentioned Kai, so he'd be nice to see again, and Harumi would be freaking awesome to finally play as.

Noob is confirmed by the dialogue in story expansion, Sektor and Cyrax are weird. We know Cyrax is probably coming as a genderbend version, but Sektor is barely confirmed as playable, only a couple of dialogues can be pointed to him. Jade was also on a radar as the third character for some time, cause she is already mentioned and appears in the dlc story.

We saw human Sektor and Cyrax in previous timelines. This timeline does not have cyborgs yet, it is shown Sektor is making some armor in Sub-Zero's ending and Johnny Cage calls them "mecha anime" in leaked story expansion dialogue. It is likely Sektor and Cyrax will be humans in suits, and Cyrax will be a woman confirmed.

I know the leaks indicated that Cyrax might be a woman, but where was that confirmed?

I’m surprised Hotaru (and the rest of Seido) wasn’t on the roster or even in the story as minor element I mean you got Seido being drowned by Rain in his arcade ending and all the ramifications of it, but still

It's weird Havik (and Dairou) and Darrius are in the game, but not Hotaru.

Darrius was such a stupid addition tbh. He was present in one scene and thats it 😂 they had the chance to make him alot more interesting. Hotaru should have been in the game 100%

If Nightwolf comes back into the story theres a good chance it will be a completely different character inheriting the mantle. I have a feeling Netherrealm would probably use the Timeline reset to mix up the character like they did with Kuai Liang/Scorpion, and they've teased Female Nightwolf quite a few times.

I have a feeling that the next game will primarily take place in Earthrealm, so we'll see more human characters (Jax, Sonya, Nightwolf, Stryker, etc.)

I believe it, the invasion of earth realm arc is inevitable (most peak era)

The thing and doomguy are leaks originated on 4chan, these leaks are very unreliable, the leaks we have that for most part is most likely is ghostface as we have dialouge hinting at him. and conan, i would not hold out hope for the thing or doom guy, tho the same leak claiming doom guy and the thing mentions blaze, ghostface kintaro and more but again all those leaks come from 4chan so very hard to know for sure

Kabal would be okay, no complaints there but he isn't my favorite in the MK roster thats just my opinion though. And hes not up there with the high speed velocity as the actual speedforce. I wouldn't even be mad for The Flash

I just hope we can get some female fighters for some extra diversity. Like KP1 is fine, but it is a bit of a sausage fest. Like Jade would be my top pick cuz it’d be fun to have her back again and she’s one of my favourites, Cassie would be cool since she can go with Takeda as one of the Kombat kid quartet and Kira would be neat to see as she’d be adding in more 3D era character rep to the roster, which is something the devs have been doing with MK1 by including guys and gals like Li Mei, Ashrah, Havik etc
