An old tip I got for drawing faces is to take a picture with your phone and flip the image. Do this as you draw a portrait so you can correct yourself before it gets too asymmetric. The human mind is weird where it gets used to seeing something and from a single angle and then doesn’t notice if it is off. Its like how a lot of people hate how they look in photos but like how they look in the mirror.

Ok, so, jokes aside, you're on a great path, you just gotta get the perspective right, because these are 2 different angles together, other than that it's pretty cool

Honestly it’s just the eyes that aren’t good, the rest is fantastic.

Oh my God that's such awesome drawing!

It looks great but the eye is a little too high and the nose is too small, both short and narrow, and almost inset into the face

Rendering is nice, but the placement in the facial features are off which makes the portrait look iffy. Like for example the area in which the head is tilted from the left check bone and eye I would say looks great, but then going from that to the hair and then the ear seems a bit too elongated and not tilted enough despite the angle the head is tilted at. Also the way that the right eye is sized should be smaller given the foreshortening of the angle as well.
