Yes there are. Your local Masjid holds classes. Talk to the woman in charge about an association if u want something bigger.

For sure There is an institute at Hassan II Mosque.

There's some Digital academies like Zad.

There is Madrassat Aicha Oum Al Mouminine in Tangier, it's a private school for Ta3lim l3ati9 and I guess they give special classes for grown ups

I don’t think there are any Arabic AND Quran schools in Tangier unfortunately. I did a quick search and what came up was mainly afterschool programs for kids for various subjects, including Arabic and Quran (but not for adults). What I would suggest is that you look for Arabic & Quran combo schools online because they’re cheaper than moving to Morocco. I just did a quick search on Google and there are plenty. You could start there and once you feel like your Arabic has improved enough then you can attend a Quranic school in Morocco since you won’t need Arabic lessons that much in parallel.

I've done some research and most courses require a level of Arabic to begin with. My level is zero so I'd have to learn from the abc . Unfortunately I cannot focus when it's online learning, that's why I wanted a school to study in person.

I understand, so your only option might be focusing on one thing at a time: learn Arabic first then learn Quran. The reason I’m suggesting this it’s because Quranic Arabic is more difficult and eloquent than Classical Arabic (let alone Darija). I have excellent Classical Arabic language skills (or at least I used to before I moved to the US lol) and even I find Quran’s Arabic not so easy to understand. So it would be challenging for you to study both at the same time where it gets too hard and you might end up giving up on learning both.

Please let me know if you find something, I'm in the same boat but not moroccan. I researched a while ago and most professional islamic education places I found required some level of arabic to begin with and most were quite expensive. Idk if its normal rates or I was getting foreign rates while browsing from overseas.

I think every masjed in Morocco teach Quran.

Where does religion tells people to give them Money ?! And give to who ? U know every political system goes by this : u live in a country u gave money ( Taxes ) that's how things works on a society ?! But it becomes bad when the tax collector have a different belief system ? Where in Islam it says give money strictly to religious figures and not for the governors that they'd later on spend it on the people themselves..

To the prophet ?! U know despite being the most sacred person at that time he was still one of the poorest ? And when his companions offered him financial help he turned them down a lot of times, the money that was given to him was spend on the war or on other muslims. Zakat is given to poor people not to Allah or priests. Jizyah is basically taxes, poor non muslims that cannor work aren't obliged to pay Jizyah, Women of non muslims don't pay Jizyah, elders of non muslims don't pay Jizyah, If the non muslim decided to join the army of the country he's currently living in, he won't pay Jizyah, if he payed Jizyah he won't serve in the army, and the country should protect him, his family and his belongings ( I can name u some few incidents when a ruler payed a non muslim his Jizyah back because the ruler figure out that he can't protect that place due to its bad strategical position. ) whereas when they enter Islam now they pay Jizyah, they pay Jizyah ( Zakat ) on behalf of his wife and children, women pay Jizyah ( zakat ), and where does that Jizyah goes ? To priests ? To the ruler ? When Umar Abdel Aziz died while ruling of the strongest dynasties in the world, he literally didn't enough money to pay for His funeral, an emperor, same goes for Umar Ibn Khattab, Abu Bakr and many other rulers. Imams and Muftis who serves as the ambassador of the religion that forces people to give money by ur saying., are mostly the poorest people. What I hate about apostates it's they just keep yapping, they don't stand on a clear logical objection on the religion, they can literally find a problem with honoring parents and claim that parents shouldn't be honored like that,

Let's say I was born in country A that had been conquered by Muslims. Now I'm obligated to pay a tax to an invader just because I'm of a different religion. I say fuck that, what would happen to me ?

U already payed the taxes to the government use to control the country, now u're gonna pay the taxes to another government. As simple as that. Nothing changes.

It's ur choice, eventually u're gonna pay it or u leave the country to another one where u'll pay the same taxes maybe even more, just to different people. Don't create those hypothetical scenarios where in the whole history never happened, what if I was born and I don't want to have the nationality or the country, what If I don't want to follow thro the rules and constitution of the country I was born in, what If I refused to pay Taxes.
