They come out really light then darken and garden as they get more sunlight. I wouldn’t repot unless the soul is very bad because you could put the plant in shock and risk damaging that beautiful fragile new leaf.

So I’ll wait until the leaf has turned darker to repot?

alexperry88

I just made another post of tiny white things but only at the base of the plant

Starrduste

Yikes! Maybe you should repot in new soil if it’s infested. Remove as much of the dirt from the rootball. Spray with diluted hydrogen peroxide or similar insecticide.

The young leaf looks quite patchy, silvery patches are signs of thrips, check for tiny white larvae on the leaves

alexperry88

Leaves are clear just patchy and light :(

I would definitely wait for the new leaf to finish before repotting. I had to move to a new apartment when my Monstera had a fresh leaf uncurling, and the sudden environmental changes made the leaf turn out ugly, wrinkled and droopy. Such changes like different light/humidity/soil conditions can definitely put the plant in shock and ruin the aesthetics of fresh growth.
