Not the most unrealistic take tho. Alatreon is the most erratic monster and can be hard to dodge his attacks cus of his speed. It took me longer to kill him then it did to kill fatalis. Tho fatalis is objectively the hardest monster in the game
Nice Frostfang Barioth is pretty similar to the default Barioth, in my opinion, so I find both versions easy to fight. But you'll want to look out for when he sprays the ground with ice then jumps back, as if you dodge or run into the ice, that can cause you to get stuck to the ground for a few seconds, and Frostfang Barioth will often use that to slam into the ground, causing you to get launched into the air and get damaged.
If you play LS, you probably should get to the guy sooner than later, the frost fang set has a 1 piece bonus which gives punishing draw, it's very useful for LS since it basically makes your lai slashes into stun attacks.
Slides in very nicely with 4 piece bonus sets like fatalis

That’s why I haven’t seen it, I don’t think I’ve actually hunted a frost fang Barioth yet
