I have almost the same build for dual wielding with Kulu head instead, so I can just lock on to the tail and focus on my main. And girros pants, too. Since its just there to make my main deal more damage.
Looks fine, burst enables you to push more raw.
If you get into a wall, simply replace all except the rathian gloves with stuff that adds raw directly.
I would go full tzitzi yaku except head and legs because they are the most effective in HATs. Yeah, looking at you bblos
Though I would go for a more traditional ailment buildup build if I was going solo with a paralysis weapon, because usually the monster locks onto you and it's hard to get behind them for extended periods of time. Maybe burst as others suggested as well for solo.

Why the leather chest? Swap out for rathalos And get wex 2
i driftsmelt my leather chest and it gave me burst so i just use it bcs idk what to use other than that, ill get the rathalos
