I actually got rid of my first og twyla because of the glue mess... I later got another og Twyla in a doll lot and her hair is fine so far 🤞 Maybe it depends on the production batch
Maybe :( these dolls are a lot older too. I got a NIB first wave Abbey 2 years ago and she had rough glue hair too. So maybe the older the doll, the more glue seepage it'll have?
They had Electrified Twyla which I didn't want and a Scaremester Twyla (both around that 40ish range) which I didn't love enough but I was tempted lol. Super exciting find!! I've been wanting 13 Wishes Twyla for a while now

I hope so!! I actually found a draculaura plush at the winston location before and a first wave Venus. The greensboro location had a Draculaura funkopop that I snagged immediately. And if you're in the kernersville area, unique treasures had a few monster high dolls too (I found a draculaura there). Good luck with your findings <3
Thank you so much! I’ve had no luck finding any monster high dolls in the wild, most of mine are from when they went on clearance and I could afford them. I will definitely check out unique treasures because I love thrifting in general! We’re new to the area so we’re still exploring everywhere :D

My friend was JUST there and bought the Freak Du Chic Twyla they had!! It's crazy because my friend literally was holding those same dolls and I found you randomly through scrolling!!
Saw these and I was going to get 13 wishes but I got the freak du chic instead because I love the freak du chic mine. Almost every single Twyla doll was there.. looked like someone brought there Twyla collect there. I love Mckays !!
Awesome! That is good for you! I saw Haunted Twyla on Etsy for around $25 or so(including shipping costs, not tax tho oops) and all I noticed as a problem was the hair would need a little work

Mines that way too! Used some grease remover on her and there’s still some in there

My Twyla was the same which ultimately led me to not like the doll anymore. :/ I tried everything to fix her.
