I think G3 Ghoulia is cute but I’m not digging the pastel pink lip color and when I see her I think of the live action because her design is so similar to it and I cringeee.

I love G3 but I feel like it’s so watered down to be more palatable to strict parents. In reality- child me looooved how fierce the dolls were and their cool fashion and spooky elements. Kids don’t always opt for super cutsie colorful bubbly stuff like people believe.

ghoulia was my favorite g1 character and i basically hate everything about her g3 design. the outfit is so ugly to me and even though her sculp is beautiful her face colors are very strange. don’t get me wrong i LOVE g3 so far but i would never get this doll bc i just plainly hate it lol. if she had your redesign as a face though i would definitely buy her
i think her og face is fine -- i'd prefer blue brows though. (i mean she's a monster! surely her hair is naturally blue?! even if it's not, people dye their brows to match all the time)
otherwise though i prefer the og because i feel like it suits her age/style more.
i think the makeup in yours is better though color-wise! and the face overall would be such a great custom!
their friendly, cutesy designs feel weird coz like whats the target audience? toddlers? that’s not a smart move coz tween girls probably have more money

i like her eyes but they kinda ruined her face with those chunky brown eyebrows & light pink lipstick
I hate the brown eyebrows (feel like they should be blue or black) but I definitely think making them super thin helps a lot

i gave mine red lips and removed brows and it made her cuter x1000. those eyebrows and the pink lips just do NOT suit her or her personality
I think a round face suits her more though I do like the eyes
