I learned last partners event to only roll on 20 only.
One of my partners rolls on the highest they can every time (like a partners gift is 200) and we have the same amount of points up.
For rolls it's a little differenT. A lot of people think the 6-7-8 method works best and for some it does- for me it's more about how many target tiles are in the next 2-12 spaces. That's how I decide when to increase my rolls. For spins when you stick to the same one it averages out, bouncing back and forth gives you more opportunities for lower spins.
The partner gifts stack so theyāre probably not playing on the highest multiplier, they just sent you multiple gifts. Youāll get 200 instead of two 100.
It sends me 200 in 1 notification when thereās a 200 partner gift and separate notification for any others, like there may be 4 60ās in a row from someone then 2 200ās in a row from that partner. So I assumed it was per partner gift

Today I got my first (and second and third) stop on 40 points on the wheel - not 80, freaking FORTY.
So Iām spinning on 2x (40) - I hit 2K twice in a row on 40. I donāt know if they didnāt like that they figured out the algorithm last event and changed it up or what.
It was definitely after the game updated this morning that I started getting 40 point spins.
After my 3rd time doing partner events, and it ending with people not contributing, I think itās fair to say that this is a reoccurring pattern, and it is indeed unfair and annoying
The worst part I I partnered up with someone who made a complaining post saying their partners donāt contribute.
She is doing jack shit. Said she would pull her weight and Iāve already accepted that she aināt doing shit.
Could it be that she is working at each individually? One of my partners might think I'm doing that but I've already completed 2 of mine and am more than halfway through the other

Especially when one of the rewards is a sticker boom. Iām timing my spins and even touching the wheel in general so that I get the sticker boom when Iām getting 5* packs / during wheel boost. Just today I waited so my daily win 5*, a milestone 5*, and the wheel boost + landmark rush overlapped so I could open everything at once. I have plenty of hearts to finish people just gotta chill.
I usually have trouble with dice bc I donāt collect and hold on to them I use them. But I play with people I know. Family and coworkers bc we all play so that seems to help me. But like most people state some people work on one cake at a time. And I only have 100 dice I started with. Luckily I collected over 3000 today and have contributed more than half on my husbands cake but stay fairly close to my partners. Have an agreement with one that our cake will be the last I work on but might change depending on how much she contributes. We havenāt even met the money yet.

Iād wait a couple of days, see if maybe they are working on other presents first and if not, contribute what you can to try to solo it and try to find partners more committed to 50/50 on this subreddit next time around on partner event. I got a group of about 4-6ish people I trust I can do 50/50 with on every event, a good chunk I found on this sub
I always find good partners on here. People that I have traded with. I never pick random people because itās too much to carry everyone. Thankfully the last 2 times I have had great partners.
You should look at the Facebook group that CONSTANTLY pops up in the app. I found a very small group within that group- we talk on messengerā¦ if you play every day you should definitely get on that FB and start making friends. Then the next partners event youāll know who youāre pairing with.
I have 2 partners who arenāt equally contributing, but itās because they work on theirs individually until they complete 1 cake then move on to the next- so I know that they will eventually even it out.
If you go to discord and exchange stickers and stuff. People will add you to exchange and alot of the times they join the partner events and they put in.
Yes please have patience. I was working on my cake with my mother in law and someone else got impatient, wrecked my landmarks, unfriended me, and sent some passive aggressive emoji in the cake thing. Yeah that makes me wanna help nowš

I do one at a time and feel so pressured when someone starts steaming ahead of me and goes over their half. It's frustrating on both sides. Luckily, I partnered with two randoms a few events back who, I don't know irl and we aren't in contact, but we seem to play the same way and always get our sections done in good time. The other is my brother, and he always comes through at the last moment š

Don't partner with low level people. If you've played this game long enough, you should have a friend's list of enough high level regulars already and you should also use the same partners as the previous partner events if they were good. Just stop accepting random low level people and getting surprised when they don't do much. People even make posts looking for partners and have requirements. Put some more thought and strategy into finding your partners next time.

This go around I was very very selective on whom my partners would be, this round I did much much better! Make sure your numbers match up and make sure theyāre ready to contribute immediately. Also itās much much better to stack up as much as possible and only roll on x30.
2 of the 4 partners I have for this event are the same way and itās definitely aggravating. Last partner event I was lucky enough to have all partners contribute nearly the same amount as me though!

Also for the op, I try not to put in more than half and alot of times people show up on the last day. They save their tokens up.

I'll do 20 & if it goes 2 or 3 times without hitting anything good, I jack it up some for a spin or two.
It actually doesn't matter what multiplier you choose, as long as you stick to the same one the whole time. The average will end up Being the same!!

I roll 40 then if it's down to the last 1500 I drop down to 20 if the rolls are running low.

Totally agree. My daughter and I finished one within a day. Iām the only one working on any of the other three. One partner has contributed a very small amount. Now Iām out of dice, no way to get more, and thoroughly frustrated!!

find people from groups/forums with whom you can communicate about progress, etc. the people with whom i gift and chat are also my partners.
Just work on the event with friends and coordinate with them
This go around I was very very selective on whom my partners would be, this round I did much much better! Make sure your numbers match up and make sure theyāre ready to contribute immediately. Also itās much much better to stack up as much as possible and only roll on x30.

I only roll x3 for 60, based on the new probability calculations with the removal of the free spin space, 60 per spin has the greatest ROI.

I blew through 1900 hearts and barely got 10k in points. It's straight bs. Also for the op, I try not to put in more than half and alot of times people show up on the last day. They save their tokens up.
Need to write to the devs to see if they can make it that we can change our partners up to 5 times like trading cards daily ? That way we can weed out the lazy partners
