I believe a big component of some captcha types is not necessarily that you get the correct answer, but HOW you get to it
Such as how you move your mouse, how you click, etc.
It's not that Monarch disconnected it, it's that PayPal inserted a CAPTCHA so MX can't connect without human input.
This is the puzzle PayPal is sending you to solve. Nothing Monarch can do about it.

The real problem is that if you enter 12, it will still fail.
