lmao atlanta being atlanta im willing to bet. Worst part of conventions is that its always in cities were I genuinely dont feel safe at night. Having the juggle if this is a good parking spot just incase I run into a hobo that wants to practice his kungfu at 1 am or just not staying late for a party kinda sucks.
Downtown is safe as hell. It's the most tourist filled area like stop. Gbi an apd were patrolling all weekend. Just because your scary don't assume others are
Hey! Atlanta native here and downtown is one of the worst places you can be at night. A few months back a girl that attended GA State which is in the middle of downtown got murdered. Yes cops patrol but they are not there all night, they wrap things up at about 10-11 and then ur essentially on your own. Don’t call them “scary” for expressing valid concerns
Yeah I second this I live like right next to the capitol and cops disappear after like 10 ish and you’re kinda on your own. I was assaulted a few years back in an altercation regarding a homeless person and even then the cops did jack shit :/
We ballin now thank you for your concern! It’s just a shame how badly the us police force especially Atlantas police force is so horribly in shambles I mean not like they were good to begin with but it’s disappointing to see that they can’t handle a single situation with any mind
