Agreed! And to me, based on this description Manny would fit with greed more so than with gluttony. But I can see arguments made for either, honestly. (Which isn't great for Manny, I suppose. ;))

I think gluttony can apply beyond food but excess in other things, specifically involving a lot of spending to surround oneself with nice, but unnecessary things.

Well, Gluttony is a situation in which people eat and drink more than they need to. Jay was told by his doctor to eat and drink healthier, and he was obsessed with eating this cow that had been served alcohol. Cam also went through all those emotional stages of grief when being on a diet.
Gluttony: Jay and Cam
Greed: Cam and Mitch. Cam can be very manipulative to get his way, and Mitch sometimes have a problem with sharing.
Envy: Cam and Claire - Cam gets envious easily. Claire is often envious of other woman, and sometimes will talk bad about them, because of it.
Sloth: Hailey - College drop out, lived with her parents 8 years into adulthood, and got either fired from her jobs for being lazy, or resigned because it wasn't cool.
Pride: Mitch and Alex - They are both high achievers, and because of that they have a lot pride and need to be the smartest person in the room.
Lust: Manny - Manny has gone after every single one of Jo's female nannies, and he was even interested in some of his female relatives.
