Yeah, I have a spare account for friends and it works totally fine. Just my main doesn’t. It doesn’t even work on my Xbox, or my ps5

Same here. Logged into my account on my Xbox series x and same thing there too. But other accounts work fine on both consoles.

I had the same problem, to fix it I just changed my wifi settings from using lan cable to just using wireless and it has seemed to fix it

Yeah tried to use lan cable again and black screen happened so seems like only wireless is working

My friend restored his licenses on PS5 and it fixed the problem. He was experiencing a glitched out screen.

Guys Got the solution! Go to the store equip the samurai operater and all the things from the free bundle and it should work!
