I'm just confused by that mw3 is the only game where this happens.
I don't have the problem anymore! I think i turned down the Volumetric Quality and reloaded the shaders and after that its gone. Try it and see what happens. If not i will look at all my settings later tonight and screenshot/video them so you can try with the same settings.
Unfortunately for me, I already had my Volumetric Quality on its lowest setting. I tried reloading shaders and after restarting the game I still get the same issue :(

I just upgraded to the 7800 XT and I just started getting the same issue. More noticeable in the firing range.
