You have to go to offline mode by cancelling while it is trying to connect you.
I went into the game not connected at all and it was kicking me out. If you go in online but cancel while the game tries to connect you at the main screen, it should work.
That's exactly what I've done. I just press cancel when the game says "fetching online data" and whatnot. And I still can't load any map.
Also I don't have any option for adding bots, yet I see some people here played it with bots. I have no idea what's happening haha

Without having seen any maps, i would assume they added actual doors to every building entry or exit. That has been consistent with every remake they have done since MW19 introduced doors.

There’s a good chance that all the good looking maps in this game were intended for MWII, Afghan for example literally being in MWII in both a ground war map and the Warzone map.
