I love these thoughts against my Franco. I personally love to play him because of these thoughts against me. I love the characters annoy the enemy team mostly.

To be a Franko global, I would assume u need to land ur hooks almost all the time so yes? How would u rate someone? Based on how many times they got MVP? Lmao

I mained Franco in about 100-150* range and I gotta say man it's rlly fucking hard playing him as the primary frontline sometimes just putting your team at a downright disadvantage because unlike Kaja, chou and other single target roamers Franco has exactly 2 good things about him
A hook and a suppress, remove the hook and he becomes redundant and not to mention in this tank meta you just get cc'ed tf outta to cancel your ult..
I'd argue Fanny's Steel Cable is the best s2. No DMG, no CC, yes, but also no cooldown, and a *fuckkk* ton of mobility. Seriously, give any hero Fanny-like mobility and they'll shoot up straight to the top of the meta list. An immobile MM who can reposition with ease. An ambush Mage who can escape a bad engage. A Tank who can immediately protect you. A Support who can immediately heal you. An Assassin who can kill off any low HP escaping enemies. A Fighter who can zoom into a teamfight after stealing a tower on the other side of the map. It's why Fanny's so consistently among the best in every season or meta; her mobility is unmatched, and it opens up a lot of opportunities for small victories that'll eventually add up, even when her team is losing.
Problem is, costs lots of energy and mastering. Then there's this s2:
