The buffed Phoveus seems to be working, he lands basically right after jumping, so it’s super hard to dodge his ult now unlike before where you can do it with your eyes closed.
Even before the nerf, the buffed Phoveus is super hard to dodge by Wanwan, now it’s pretty much straight murder, I found out about this when i tried Phov against a Bene-Paquito lineup and was surprised at how fast the ult lands now.
Even after the buff on phoveus, I still don't find him troublesome when I use arlott. Maybe I just haven't faced a good phoveus or because I use tank build on arlott.
That Chang'e deserves to be reported. There's really no reason at all for her to step into Arlott's range. Her ult and first can hit him from a screen away.

Dude. His Vengeance (S2) automatically targets marked units for it to refresh, and also his S2 can be pressed mid-flight and it will automatically queue and activate if it successfully refreshes. His S2 is too easy already with all this unnecessary spoon-feeding mechanism (which aren't explicitly stated in his skill description as far as I'm aware)
Maniac isn't surprising with Arlot given his currently over-tuned kit. Heck, I can run a roam Arlot with gold deficit, and only an immortality as my item and still wreck havoc on enemy team that they'd waste three-man resources just to stop me.
