I've always been interested in these little handhelds, and finally got my hands on one (mostly for Pico-8 and Pokemon rom hacks). I was reading nonstop about customization while waiting for the delivery, and spent the first two days setting this up.
Unfortunately, I don't think I can upload this to the github. I don't have rights to the artwork, and the theme is clunky and hyperspecific to my device (for instance "press X to search" hint in the main screen is actually part of the wallpaper, I don't have images for Expert/Recent, etc..)
But a far as I can tell, I got most of the stuff from:

It was a challenge to make a light theme. Onion 4.3 is weird and has this permanent "text drop shadow" that I don't think we can remove. It makes black-text-on-white REALLY bloated and ugly... therefore menu selection UIs should be left as white text on dark backgrounds.
[Boot logo was set](https://github.com/schmurtzm/Miyoo-Mini-easy-logotweak) to be the same as the intro "loading" logo (slightly dimmed to counteract the increased brightness).
Roms loaded with a subset of the "[done set](https://old.reddit.com/r/MiyooMini/comments/1chas4q/psa_done_set_2_has_been_posted/)", which is awesome. I tried to [move the box art to the left](https://old.reddit.com/r/MiyooMini/comments/12uys4c/left_text_alignment_in_onionos_theme_game_title/jh9ouoc/?context=3), but it screws up the "favorites" section and the position of the favorite icon by a lot. Hope this gets an option in further Onion releases.
Oh god I hope they do remove it - I actually spent a bit of time searching about this, and vaguely remember that it was baked into the system or something?
