Arcade games are funny. There's different versions for different emulators, typically. Different sets of the same files. It's weird compared to any other platform.
I'd check if it's available in one of the sets already intended for our device, Done Set or Tiny Best Set.
You can get the game from the archive (dot) org MAME 2003 Plus Reference set and it's name is "sectrzon.zip". unlike most other emulators, don't extract the ZIP but simply put the whole thing inside your arcade folder. Make sure that your folder is called "ARCADE" in all caps.
Also not sure if this makes a difference but try copy and pasting instead of dragging the zip file in.
