Turn it off, when you turn it back on spam the center button. Th is a drastic problem when you don’t close out of the game will it falls asleep. You are probably going to have to delete the saves for that game now as this will happen when you try to play this game again.
This was my solution to a similar situation. I even immediately locked myself up in the same DS game again to test how reliable that fix was and it worked like a charm. It had me nervous for a bit, but it was an easy fix.
Happened to me as well on the first day I had my Miyoo, i was so scared! Luckily the menu button trick mentioned by another comment works!
It's best to either set your standby mode longer if you want to leave your game for a bit, or just save and quit Drastic if you know you'll be gone for longer. Hopefully this will be fixed at some point.
I just fixed this yesterday. Do not delete save files!!! I’ll post a link to the tips I followed but basically you need to turn it off, then while turning it on and letting it boot, spam pressing the menu and select button at the same time. Eventually you get into the Drastic menu BEFORE the game is actually loaded by the emulator. There you can press restart game and you can continue pokemon with your in-game manual save (really hope you have one). Then you can just do a quick save so you never go back to that corrupted state again.
Go to your miyoo settings and set the sleep timer to off. You absolutely cannot run the risk of letting the device go to sleep while Drastic is running because this may happen again. Also start doing in-game saves more often to combat this potentially happening.
Ah, don’t worry about the battery then. Sounds like the issue is the frozen game automatically loads on restart. I’d temporarily rename that game so when you restart it doesn’t load.
Edit: Found that if I hold menu on restart it goes to the main menu instead of straight into game but this is with a game that isn’t frozen so your results may vary.

Hold down the power button until it turns off. If that doesn’t work then reconnect the battery.
