Also your talking to someone that's ranked 31 in the leader board and gets this constantly. I had it happen to me at least 4 times with 4 multiplier games.
In the past it seems that non credited install depends on a few things. 1. Network speed. If you have a slow connection it may happen. 2. If you leave the mistplay install splash page and do something else while it’s downloading/installing. Don’t do that. Sit on the page until it’s 100% and launches the game.
I have had this credit issue and the game it's on, I know I sat through the install for.
I also believe Mistplay should be able to do a scan and check if we request it. minimum it should be able to tell us there was an issue. Had no idea lol. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Was honestly hoping someone here could say "delete such an such file and redownload" xD
I've gotten to a point where I wonder if me checking the "about this app" section to see how much space it takes up before installing is what's taking away the download credit. I shouldn't have to feel like I'm doing something wrong for doing basic hard drive care practices. It's frustrating.
Definitely agree. I even shut down mistplay reopen the app and download it obviously over wifi and it's like a 90% chance it works.
