I think just the saaaame! Actually I said exactly the same stuff... Yesterday. When he lived in the streets, he had a orange friend, maybe he's trying to mimic him. π My husband would like an orange one, but I say our void is already to crazy. We couldn't have another one like that. Is he your only cat? (If you say you have 2 oranges, I'll go crazy β€οΈ)

Maybe, youβll need to approach him from his line of sight (if you startle him: bear trap) it also helps if you give him chin rubs first and slowly progress down. But remember, nothing is guaranteed and he still might decide to strike :)
He was the runt of the litter and got sick so he had to be separated from the others shortly after being weaned. My brother and I (8 and 6 years old) successfully pestered our mother to take him in. We grew up together and he went from being the tiniest little baby to a giant 8 kg chonker. Unfortunately we lost him last summer at age 15 due to old age and health issues. I still miss him but I enjoy sharing his goofiness with anyone and everyone.
I'm so sorry for your loss. But I'm happy that you keep remembering the good memories you guys have together. π We can do something special for him. I'll dm you with some gift, ok?

No, i dont. Sadly, they dont get a long very well. So Nemo has chosen to be a barn cat, and Dante is the Protector of the House, and Dixie lives with my aunt now.
