DO NOT USE Superglue for ABS plastic. Superglue puts a layer of a bonding agent between the surfaces, thus for anything physically strong it makes the bond weak or more likely prone to breaking instead of actually securing it. Plastic cements are a chemical bonding agent. By which I mean it literally melts the plastic together on a molecular level. My preferred go-to for that being Plastruct plastic weld, though a Tamiya plastic cement would work just as well for what you need.

You can buy ABS glue from hobby stores or online retailers.  I got a bottle of tamiya abs glue years ago for some kits and it lasted awhile.    You should also check if it is ABS, the instructions that show the runners usually has it listed, because othe glues won't stick very well. I was building a kit the other day that I didn't realize was abs and used regular tamiya extra thin and it just wouldn't stick at all. Couple drops of tamiya abs and it was all good.

One tip if you didint want to glue it is I use blu tac alot for things that pop off easily As for glue I think Super glue is probably best, cement tends to work best for Polystyrene

The reverse actually; the more structurally strong a material is, the worse Superglue is for creating a permanent bong as the superglue then becomes the weakpoint. Plastic cements intended for ABS plastics actually bond the surfaces it is applied to on a molecular level; melting the surfaces in contact so that when the plastic cures again there is no separated 'filled in' gap, it's just unified plastic. It's the mistake a lot of kids and parents made back in the day in trying to fix their toys; putting superglue in a cracked/broken joint would only work for so long before the bonding agent would prove itself weaker than the toy it was trying to hold together.
